The All Star team will volunteer to help community members using All Star cars
Ann Arbor, MI – December 22, 2021 – All Star Driver Education, the largest driver education company in the Midwest, has partnered with Feonix – Mobility Rising, a non-profit that offers local, affordable ground transportation in Washtenaw County.
“It is estimated that 15 million Americans lack adequate transportation,” says Alison Peterson, Community Development Manager at Feonix – Mobility Rising. “This means today that someone in our community is without access to the doctor, pharmacy, food, work, school, worship service and so much more. Feonix creates connections to eliminate the lack of transportation so people can live their fullest and healthiest lives.”
As part of this partnership with Feonix, the All Star team will volunteer their time and drive those in need using All Star cars. This will be an ongoing relationship, and we may expand beyond Washtenaw County to Kent and other communities where All Star operates.
Rick Van Pelt, CEO of All Star, commented: “Our vision of safe driving aligns with Feonix’s vision of helping people get where they need to go; we both want to make a positive difference within our community,” he said. “Everyone benefits from this partnership. All Star, Feonix and, most importantly, the community.”
