What are the requirements to enroll in this online course?
All students must be at least 18 years old, and have failed their first road test. All students who fail their first road test are required to take an Abbreviated Adult course. Online students must have access to a desktop/laptop computer with internet access. Other than that, you may log in and log out as needed to complete the course. Our program will consist reading content and videos that will provide you with additional knowledge to improve your driving skills for life.
How do I submit my paperwork?
The contract can be filled out online by logging on to your account, clicking classes, and e-signing it. The state of Ohio also requires you to be verified. You have the opportunity to complete this online. You can also be verified with a notary. Please complete the Verification Form, have it notarized and attach a photo to this form. You may also send them into 75 Aprill Drive, Ann Arbor, MI 48103.
Is this class required for me?
Starting July 1, 2017, any adults (18+ years old) who have never held a driver’s license before and who have failed their first attempt at the maneuverability and/or road test are required to take an Abbreviated Adult Training Course. If you are interested in signing up for an online course to make this process more convenient and easily accessible, then this is the course for you!
How long is this course?
This course is a four-hour long Ohio approved course. The state required you to complete the class in 90 days. You do not need to sit down and finish it all in four straight hours if you do not want to. You can go at your own pace. The state requires for students to only be allowed to work six hours per 24 hours. Be sure to log out when not actively working on your class.
What is required to pass the course?
Students will need to complete the entire online program, along with passing all Module/Topic quizzes, fully viewing all visual aids, and must also pass the Final Exam with a 75%. You will have three (3) total attempts to take it, but are required to wait a minimum of 24 hours between each attempt. We guarantee you will pass this course the first time. If not, you can take it again at no additional cost!
How do I get my completion certificate?
Your certificate will be mailed USPS regular mail once you complete your final exam. Unfortunately, we are unable to email or fax any certificates.
You can check the status of your certificate in the record tab on your account. It will be sent to the address located there. The certificate is being sent USPS regular mail (they estimate 5-10 days) All certificates will be mailed to the address listed on your account, so please double check the address on the Record tab in your account to eliminate any possibilities for error.
It typically take 5-10 days. This option doesn’t offer a tracking number.

How can I get my certificate quicker?
If need be, you can choose to have your certificate priority mailed (2-3 business days) for an additional $30.00 or overnighted for an additional $75.00. If you are interested in these options, please call our office at your earliest convenience with a payment ready.
What do I do if my certificate is lost, damaged or incorrect?
If you lose your certificate or the information you provided on the certificate is incorrect, you can contact our office to request a duplicate by calling 800-967-7719. The cost for a duplicate certificate is $30. You can’t request a new certificate through email.
