Troubleshooting
We always suggest restarting your computer, clearing your cache and trying a different browser. If your browser is not updated, it make cause issues
Certificate
When will I get my Certificate or Learner’s Permit?
You should receive an email once you complete your class with information on how and when you will receive your certificate.
You can check the status of your certificate in the record tab on your account. It will be sent to the address located there.
The certificate is being sent USPS regular mail (they estimate 7-10 days) There isn’t a tracking number with this option. They are running slower than usual. If you would like it sooner than the 5-10 business days you can pay for priority (2-5 business days) for $30.00 or overnight for $75.00. To do this, please call our office at 800-967-7719.

If you are a Adult or Teen taking a driver education course the following may be helpful:
We will always mail out the certificate to the address on your online account. Please double check all spelling and numbers are correct in the RECORD tab on your classroom account.
