What is a defensive driving class?

“Accident Prevention” classes are intended to help teach and reiterate the rules of the road so you can become more prepared for the unexpected. This course will teach a variety of helpful techniques to help become a more alert & aware, safe driver. There are benefits to taking defensive driving courses, so please check with your auto insurance provider or court to see more details about your possible benefits.

Am I eligible for this course?

Any Idaho licensed driver will be eligible for our Accident Prevention Course. This defensive driving course will help you to become a safer, more knowledgeable driver to help prevent accidents in the future.

How will I know when I can start the course?

You should have immediate access to your course once the registration has been completed and the online fee has been paid in full. We accept MasterCard, Visa or Discover. Please have your payment ready when starting the registration process. If you are ever having any issues logging into your account, please feel free to contact our office directly, and we would be happy to help you gain access as soon as possible.

I can’t log in. I don’t remember my password.

Please email us directly at [email protected] to request a new password. Please make sure to include your full name and the exact class you are registered for. This way, we can look you up quickly. If you would like to choose your own password, feel free to send it to us in the email. Keep in mind, all passwords must be at least 8 characters long and must contain at least 1 capital letter, 1 number, and 1 symbol. If we have any questions, we will be in touch. Otherwise, we will email you back with your updated login information.

What happens if I fail my Final Exam?

Try not to stress it. You will have up to 3 attempts to take the Final Exam with a passing score. If you happen to fail all 3 times, you will have to make a new account and then will need to take the course over again. This second account will not cost you anything, we will waive the fee for you. For more information/directions about creating a new account, please contact us at your earliest convenience.

When do I get a certificate of completion?

Once you have passed your entire course, we will email you a Certificate of Completion. This will be sent within 24 hours to the email listed on your account. In the case that you do not receive this certificate, please double check your Spam/Junk Folders. If you still do not have it, please contact us and we will send one out immediately.

How do I get a replacement certificate?

You should be able to print another copy from your online account. If you are unable to do this for any reason, please contact our office, and we would be happy to get another one emailed to you as quickly as possible.
