Contracts
- Adult classes: Check email and spam folders for the DocuSign contract.
- Teen classes: Check parent’s and student’s emails and spam folders; student ALSO needs to sign contracts through their own email.
All required documents can be found on our website in PDF form. When viewing your state’s page, scroll down to the “Contracts” section and click on the desired paperwork (Ohio example pictured below). Once a contract is signed by all required parties, it will auto-upload to your account and send a final copy to the registered email address.
