By now, you’ve probably heard about the Coronavirus, or COVID-19, and how it is rapidly spreading across the world. As society doubles down in preparation for the virus’ impact, events, businesses, and schools are shutting down. As of right now, many states have shut down schools for 2-3 weeks. More states are expected to follow their lead.
With a large number of people staying at home, it can seem to some like a big family vacation full of TV, video games, and snacks. However, it is important that we not lose sight of our goals and continue to be productive. Despite the virus, life needs to go on.

- Even if school is canceled, find ways to deepen your knowledge about subjects you are passionate about. Online education sites like Khan Academy, IXL can still keep you on track with your academics. Most libraries have a digital section where you can download eBooks and magazines. Pick up a book about an interesting topic, or watch a documentary about something you’ve always wanted to know.
